St Andrews residence

This three story building is designed on a floating plate on highest possible point on the ground which maximum building height allows us to build.



Special diagram of St Andrews residence is consist of:

Recreational and multipurpose spaces in the

basement.

Shared spaces in the middle floor.

• More private spaces and rooms are on the higher floor.

By maximising opening on south side of the building by implementing frameless panoramic windows, all floors have maximum natural light and panoramic view towards Burrard inlet and downtown.

Maximizing best quality view towards downtown and burrard inlet and achieving maximum light exposure especially in rainy days was the main objective in shaping this project and selecting points on the ground which project is exactly situated.



Private spaces are located in the upper floor and have access to a second yard. This open space provides garden view and expansive natural exposure for surrounding spaces which have access to it.
